For under 700 Baht you can enjoy a day out on your own enjoying the island as well as seeing the three "must see's and must do's" namely Namuang Elephant Trekking, The Snake Farm and The Samui Aquarium. You can do the tour within any schedule variation as long as you keep in mind that the Snake Farm has only two shows at 11:00 am and 2:00pm. Namuang Elephant Trekking

If you're thinking about going to the waterfall, you may also want to think about doing a good elephant trek while you're there. Short and long rides are available and unlike many of the elephant trekking camps that have come to the island in recent months the Namuang trekking is pleasant because of the many shade trees that surround the waterfall area. I was so impressed with this restaurant that I woke up the following day after our remarkable dinner thinking about it. I asked the gratious General Manager of the resort if he would allow me to say a few words about this great restaurant. Having lived on Samui for over 3 years now it is no secret that some of the best dining in all of Thailand can be found here. If it is possible for one restaurant to be considered the best in terms of quality and service Vimarnmek would be at the top of my list. From the moment you walk in to this warm and wonderfully decorated restaurant, the staff treat you as someone very special. Genuine smiles and good cheer can be found here and once you sit down they are very attractive and willing to make your experience one to always remember. I went with a well-travelled friend on a Friday, which was Italian Night here. He agreed with my sentiments that this was a special place. I couldn't seem to get enough of the Cannelloni, which was probably as good (if not better) than my mom's ( sorry mom ). My guest went for three return servings of the pancake crepes with orange and caramel sauce. This wonderful place will be culinary delight for anyone guaranteed!
